how can it give you an idea of what he is normally if you are doing blood tests when people believe he is using it? surely thats when it's abnormal?

I agree with second if it's done over a 12 month period it would be effective but that need to be commission driven so that it doesn't require an opponent to insist on it.

hence my arguement that floyd should have pushed this via the commission not in negotiations.

Apologies, hammer - your first paragraph is confusing me a bit. Please explain. Then remember that Mayweather requested for blood and urine testing simultaneously.

We know the urine test is capable of finding EPO. That's about ALL it can do with regards to blood doping. What are you talking about?

There shouldn't be a blood test. I think Manny refused a blood test for PBF strictly on principle. If Manny really wanted to fight Mayweather he should have just done it. He should have done whatever Mayweather asked so that there was no way Mayweather could get out of the fight, and to silence the steroid accusation. Manny put himself in a position where many boxing fans are speculating he's a roider, and many everyday people who catch a glimpse of the news think he's a roider. People aren't really talking about what a great fighter he is, they're talking about his link to steroids (whether there is one or not).

Manny put himself in this position, not Floyd. If I were Manny, and I weren't on any drugs, I would submit to the testing. Hell, if I were Manny, I'd fight Mayweather for free if it were the only way to make the fight happen.

I do believe Floyd is using this as a cop out. He has a bad reputation for ducking good fighters. If Floyd believed he could beat Manny, this fight would be happening. The fact that he called for unheard of requirements tells me he's scared. He has never impressed me in any fight. He's not an exciting champion; he doesn't destroy people in spectacular fashion like Pacquiao does. The only great fighter he ever took on was an old Oscar (an Oscar that Pacquiao annihilated)- and he ran the entire time and got a decision that he shouldn't have. I wanted my money back.

He likes to bring up how Manny has lost and that means that Manny can be easily beat, and how his perfect record means that nobody has figured out how to beat him. Well lets look at the people Manny's fought - guys like Barrera, Morales, Marquez.

Now look at Floyds fights and tell me who, other than De La Hoya and Marquez, is a great fighter, that he beat.

Floyd cares more about his record than being a real champion.

                Simply:

if manny normal BCC level is X and his EPO level is X+20%. during the period that he would be blood tested (i.e the training camp) he will will be at X+20% since he would be using.

how could you know what his normal level is if you have no X sample taken to compair against?
