By Cliff Rold - 37-year old Russian former IBF Jr. Middleweight titlist and current Middleweight hopeful Roman Karmazin (40-3-1, 26 KO) of Los Angeles, California, showed that while he might be aging he still has the heart of the champion. Hurt badly in the fourth and dropped in the ninth, he recovered to score two knockdowns for a stoppage win in the tenth round over 27-year old Colombian Dionisio Miranda (20-5-2, 18 KO) of Miami, Florida, on Friday night at the Civic Auditorium in Glendale, California. I watched the fight eating chicken nuggets and fries, I thought Karmazin was getting ready to lose. Then all of sudden. Miranda hits the floor, and my mouth dropped! Good fight!!!!

      Fight of the year candidate.

Too bad there wasn't a better boxing analyst that Teddy Atlas working the fight, he took something away from the exciting finish with his repetitive dumb comments.

So in other words, you dropped a semi chewed chicken nugget on the floor?

        Messy b@stard.

Over all it was a good fight. I was waiting the whole fight for Karmazin to just let his hands go. Finally happened in the 10th

Actually I had a frie in my hand and he hit the floor before I started chewing. So, nothing hit the floor.
