Comments Thread For: After the Dust Has Settled – Pacquiao Still in Control

By T.K. Stewart - Right now, boxing fans are feeling like a victim of Ashton Kutcher’s old television show Punk’d.

Since Nov. 14, better known as the night that Manny Pacquiao scored an electrifying 12th- round TKO win over Miguel Cotto, anybody that follows the sport has had their appetite whetted by the mouth watering prospect of seeing a showdown between the world’s two top pound-for-pound boxers – Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

But with the negotiations for that fight now having imploded like the demolition of The Sands Casino in Las Vegas, boxing fans are left with nothing more than a cloud of dust as they try to make sense of what it all means and what will be next for both Pacquiao and Mayweather.

By any measure one wishes to use, there is no doubt that Pacquiao and Mayweather are ranked #1 and #2 – in that order.

Pacquiao is the best boxer on the planet and Mayweather is further down behind him – lower on the list in second place. [Click Here To Read More]

Ok, great, Pacquiao is the man. I want to see Mayweather-Pacquiao.

I'm getting tired of people writing articles about what boxer they like better. blah blah blah blah blah blah. Let's just see the damn fight.

Control of what? you writers act like little girls.... we want to see that fight not a contest of who comes out looking good. Both of them should be trashed till the fight is made.

Ok so fight Floyd then since Pac is so great. Nothing no writer, fan, journalist, etc... can say to smooth nothing over. Fight Floyd is all your hero can do for me, if he can't do that then F@ck him.

Lolz after the dust settles it seems there a couple hundred more people towering over and crowding the champ, and it don't look good. It's a matter of time before he is consumed by ******s and makes some bad decisions, looks like it started. Pac, watch it, the ship is taking on water, and that ship is called the titanic, better jump on the carpathia before they take you down brotha.
