Why does the original drug testing regulation gotta be changed because a crackhead thinks his on to something. If the new regulation kicks through than that means a new procedure of drug testings will be held liable to all proffesional and elite boxers. Its plain dumb. Stick with the original NSAC testings. why bring in the Olympic testings? Just keep it original as it has been in the past decades.

I'm not hating on Pacquiao and I'm not a "*****". I'm just a huge Boxing fan. And would like to see the sport prosper. That means enteratining fights and clean fighters (who do not rely on plaster of paris, PED's etc.) because this is a dangerous sport and any "extra help" can be very dangerous. Having said that, Floyd is completely right in asking for the random testing. It's ok for Pacquiao to ask for the 147 lb weight limit, 50-50 split, 8 oz. gloves for this fight and catchweights, ring size, bigger split etc. in others but it's not ok for Floyd to ask for RANDOM tests?! Come on! Give me a break! If anything, Floyd has potentially revolutionized the sport because this could potentially bring in random blood testing and random urine testing which would make the sport a lot more cleaner.

Manny does not need to prove anything to anybody but the NSAC. A man is considered innocent until proven otherwise. The accusers should prove this to the commission. As far as NSAC is concern, Manny was never tested positive on any illegal substance. (that includes PEDs, marijuana, *******, etc)

Besides Manny is agreeable to blood testing RIGHT AFTER THE FIGHT IN HIS DRESSING ROOM. If he is on something illegal, it should show up in the results. Get a medical expert on this issue and post this question: How long does this substance stay on our system so that it can be effectively detected by a blood test? What are the benefits in using them, does it give additional strength in the body or additional punching power of the user? Because I think I've seen a lot of steroids user in the body of weightlifters, they have well-defined body structure full of muscles. Compare the body structure of PBF and of PacMan, who do you think is more likely to use steroids?

They (Mayweathers-father,son and uncle and GBP/Oscar/Schafer) had been accusing Pac using steroid even before the Cotto fight. They had been planning it long time ago to destroy Pac reputation. So a lot of people surprised on Floyd accepting the terms and conditions without blinking an eyelid which rise su****ious as it showed from the past how hard he is to deal with any negotiation not on his favor. By asking this first time in history of pro boxing. The Olympic style testing which Pac have to undergo 3-5 random blood testing even the day of the fight is just unacceptable and they know Pac will not agree on to it. Its a ploy or well planned strategy to make Pac look bad while at the same time Floyd ***** out on this fight looking like some kind of righteousness person.

Pac really wants to fight Floyd has been quoted saying "Floyd you have to man up and face me so we can prove to the people who is the best of us". Pac team like Arum counter offered them with blood random testing any day but not 30 days before the fight, plus any day urine testing and blood test him after the fight sound fair enough. Pac said himself on video footage he agreed to the random blood testing except 2 days before the fight but they still turned it down saying "if you are nothing to hide just accept the blood testing". This sound su****ious a masked agenda, the same as saying I want you to be tested hours before our fight so I may gain some mental and physical advantage over you. You can't say its fair for both of them as they both will be tested. The only problem is if they gonna be tested both in the same day? or let say Floyd randomly will be tested 1 week before the fight and Pac hours before the fight? You are just a hater man. At the start when floyd insisted for an olympic style drug testing, manny's camp were more than willing and accepted the request in an instant. But then under that clause, manny has to submit himself to 7-8 random blood testing the entire training schedule, manny always does 8 weeks of training, so are they expecting manny to do the blood test every week during training? Wtf is that, a blood test every other week i think is more than enough already. Then team pac offered in the initial negotiation the 3days blood test with unlimited number of urine test. The problem is, the mayweathers along with GBP leaked that detail to the press and claimed it to be the final offer already from team pac, wtf is that, their in the middle of negotiations man, they should have just offered a counter proposal as simple as that!! These are clearly malicious insinuations hoping to get public sympathy and discredit manny as an ATG fighter, why would they do that if floyd really wants to fight manny. And then just recently just to save the fight, manny already is willing to comply with the NSAC rules and subject himself to random blood/urine testing, just as long its only the NSAC who's doing it. The NSAC will be working in close collaboration with USADA on this one, team pac just wants one agency to be on top of the test. But lo and behold, after hearing about this new turn of events, roger mayweather also recently made a statement that the NSAC uses fake doctors as their staff. What the F****K is that now?!! Do the mayweathers really want this fight to happen, to me they are just a bunch of *******!!
