PacMan agreeable to 3 blood tests: one after the press conference, one 30-days before the fight, one right after the fight in the dressing room.

Manny is not against any blood testing it's VERY CLEAR. If he is in steroids or anything, it will surely show up in the last blood test. In fact the first 2-tests will not matter much, that's why NSAC never required it. I think NSAC should amend its rules on medical testing and should include blood testing right after every fight, and if the winner tested positive the decision should be nullified and the offender should be fined. I think there is no need for a random blood testing during training and before the fight, random urine testing would be enough during that period of time.

Now, if PBF really is stepping on the plate and wants to fight Manny, he should accept even the last blood test because this is the only blood test that will have best effective results. Manny is already giving him favor of having his blood tested right after the fight in his dressing room, which is already beyond the required medical testing procedure by NSAC and not even required. Is this not enough agreeing to PBF's demand for a blood testing to find out if someone is using illegal substance?

Arum doesn't want Mayweathers team dictating the rules because it's the job of the commission. If you join a contest, you don't make the rules. If you want some rules to be amended, address it to the proper governing body of the contest.

Everbody wants clean, fair fight. This terms is already fair to both fighters and also to the fans. Let's make the fight happen!
Thank God there are other reasonable posters on this board.

Manny is not against any blood testing, he said they can do it 3x, the most significant i guess is right after the fight in his dressing room, but not 2-days before the fight. According to medical experts it will not affect his physical condition but it's on his head, he feels weak when blood is drawn from him 2-days before the fight.

Will PBF still wants to fight if Manny feels not 100% during the fight night? He will because he wants to win in whatever ways to protect his O. Maybe he will even fight a man and demand his opponents hands be tied just to make sure he win and earn millions. He also doesn't care paying fees if he doesn't get the weight limit and have an advantage over his opponent just to be make sure he wins a fight.

Manny is OK to blood test RIGHT AFTER THE FIGHT in his dressing room! Mayweathers rejected it not seeing the effectiveness of that test results or they don't want to see the reason behind it intentionally.

Great post, Your post is the only post that i have seen in two weeks that has all the points needed to make the fight, Your post provide all the rational point that many posters on here havent produce, Manny Pac never said he would do a Random test 3-5 days before the fight, That is a flat out lie because he release statements to the effect about wanting a 30 days cut off period, While he would subject himself to three blood test.

Now if you said the blood test after the fight would detect anything a fighter took that might be illegal in the lead up to the fight THEN I think Team Mayweather should compromise and accept that deal, As long as a qualified person can assure them that if a fighter took anything within the lead up to the fight they would be detected through the after fight blood test then i think the fight should be made instantly in that case.

Am sure schafer is on it, The last interview i read about the fight Richard schaefer said they would contact qualified people to see what effect the cut off dates can have on any performance drugs if any.

I think the after fight test would be a great idea if it can be confirm that any illegal intake would show up on the after fight test.

But if Mayweather end up agreeing to all this and the fight gets made and he wins would he still demand the test?? Or would he only demand it if he loses??

So, PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A RATIONAL EXPLANATION. Why does Manny Pacquiao want to leave doubts about his legacy by not taking the RANDOM blood testing?
In my humble opinion, you are not looking for rationality but confirmations on your beliefs.

The answer I guess would be YES, he will only demand the after fight blood test if he lose.

If he wins, Sr. would boastfully shout his line - "I don't think that he can beat Little Floyd with steroids in him or not. He don't [sic] have that kind of talent or that kind of skill -- whatever he has in him."
