Their opinions is exactly what all of the Casual Boxing Fans are thinking now.

"Mayweather will take a test at any time, so why won't Pacquiao"

And as for

"Changing Boxing Rules"

Believe it or not some rules CAN be outdated. Blood Testing is slowly becoming more of a norm around the Professional Sports world just as Woody Paige and Jay MAriotti were saying.
