people on this board are not in tune with reality. lots of people picked baldomir to beat mayweather. so i guess that was a good win cause a bunch of morons picked baldomir to kill floyd with relentless pressure even though he's the worst fighter i've ever seen(till i saw salita) the reality is knowledable fans knew hatton and baldomir were easy targets for floyd.

I should rephrase some of my post but...

i know floyd was the favorite but he always is.

what i was pointing out is that Hatton was at the time a beast and many people thought if anyone were to beat floyd it would be him. Apparently he wasnt.

this post was really to address the ******ity of triangle theories.

If Pacquiao would have been pummeled for numerous rounds and then hit the deck twice to an elite level fighter only to fight another elite level fighter than yes.

Hatton thought of himself as invincible and used it to his advantage. but after that confidence was gone he didnt have much in the overall skill department.

Pacquiao is a whole other story. he doesnt need invincibility to do what he does because his footwork and skill win him fights.
