floyd jr is already the p4p king.he never lost it.he beat marquez but we know that jmm really beat pac.pbf stopped hatton and so did pac. pac weight drained cotto and de la hoya. mayweather went up to a younger de la hoyas full weight and spanked him.pbf has never lost the p4p crown.

Please, why even ask this question? Foreman has a title....8 titles which is one more than manny's record setting 7 titles...Floyd has no title at 154 nor 147 for that matter, why take a big risk with no title at stake? Floyd wants the fight at 154 so he has to do little to make the weight and Manny will have to bulk up and slow himself down just like JMM had to do to fight Floyd. Floyd is scared of the speed man!!
