Floyd was untested when he moved up to 135 and fought the best at that weight in his first two fights there. Pac moved up to 135 and fought the fifth best fighter at that weight. So, it is easy to say he cherrypicked Diaz, especially if the clowns on this site say Mayweather cherrypicked Baldomir, who was number 1 at welterweight at the time he fought him while Margarito was number 3 and Cotto was still fighting stiffs at 140.

Well as far i know, i dont recall that i've said that Mayweather cherrypicked Baldomir. It is easy for you to say that pacman cherrypicked diaz because you saw how pacman be able to dominate david diaz. If it is a close fight, would you call it cherry picking?

And ,,, sweet Floyd , you can beat anyone, then why did you retire when you could have just cleaned out the best division the sport had seen in years, and actually cement a really legacy. Cotto is weight drained? what an idiot! About Oscar, he has a choice to eat a lot after the weigh-in. But he choose not to, just to be able to deal pacman's speed.Again, pacman move up, from 135 to 147 to fight Oscar.

I never said he shouldn't have fought Mosley, I'm most certain he actually would.

But are you saying Cotto wasn't the number 1 or 2 guy in that division?

He did in fact beat Mosley giving him a good case for that claim as the best in the division.

Cotto beat shane who beat Margarito who beat Cotto.

Who was the clear number 1 again?

Based on this statement we can argue that all the fighters May has fought had "good cases for them to claim to be number 1 or 2 or one of the best fighters in division" and yet people call him a cherry picker even after his 2nd fight in division..
