If you're not bigger than Floyd then you won't beat him

You need to be the bigger man, physically, and on fight night weight, and at least have his same height or taller in order to have a chance to beat Floyd, imho.

Then after you're the bigger man, you need to have a perfect gameplan. Not pressuring, pressuring alone never works. you need to combine pressure with smart fighting(not throwing wild punches and thinking workrate will beat Floyd). A jab combined with pressure is good(DLH vs Mayweather in the first 7 rounds) DLH was throwing a really good jab and pressuring at the same time.

Corrales, Castillo, Castillo, Baldomir, De La Hoya were all bigger than Floyd on fight night weight, they were taller(except for Baldo but he was still the bigger man on fight night weight), they all pressured but only DLH and Castillo had success against him because they pressured in a smart manner not a wild, chin hanging, brawling manner.

    Corrales pressured, no jab=TKO10
Castillo II pressured, no jab just following and punching=easy UD12
Baldomir pressured, no jab=12-0 shut out UD
    Hatton pressured, no jab=TKO10

Pacquiao is not bigger than Floyd, he's way off in reach, he does not jab, he pressures by throwing a lot of punches from different angles, but no jab? then you are not getting anywhere like that vs Floyd. Floyd will be the bigger man on fight night(size does not matter but in this case it does because you have to be the bigger man in order to have a chance against Floyd's style).

This is from simple observation, not a theory or anything like that. If you're smaller or the same size as Mayweather then you will lose (Hatton, Corley, Judah, Marquez, Chavez are the same size or smaller and they all lost). If you're bigger then you might have a chance with the right gameplan.

We will see if I was right on March 13.

That's how the ducking starts... The best fighter he face over half a decade at 147 is Baldomir!

If you think otherwise then care to give your take on how this fight will play out. What are the key points that you would give Pacquiao if you were in his corner?

Would you tell him to try to outjab a guy that has 5" reach advantage? 2" height advantage? and would you tell him to just go inside like a maniac, "just throw your left down there we'll catch him" or a right hook?

He also beat a bigger JMW at JMW no at WW.

He beat a bigger SFW at SFW.

He bat a bigger LW at LW.

What is your take on this fight? how will it play out, what does Manny have to do since he's in such a disadvantage, physically and mentally? against a boxer type this time it is not a bigger come forward fighter but a bigger boxer. What should Manny do to outbox a boxer who is bigger than him?

Give me your take on this.
