Alot of you may already know who he is, and for those who do not know who I'm talkin' about. James "Rick" Coward, he goes by the monicker Coach Rick or the Mittologist, and has several home made videos on Y*utube doing mittwork with his students.
He's also an entrepeneur that sells these DVD's all about boxing mittwork. He's a certified boxing trainer and has been a coach at the amateur/professional level. But, his biggest selling point is what I have a problem with. It seems like he's just trying to make $$$ of the Mayweather's style of mittwork and Roach's.
