The thing, for me, that could have a big effect on this fight is how Floyd responds to being tested. He was kinda tested by Judah and Hatton early in their fights, and he responded really well. But neither of those guys are on Pac's level. I think Floyd has the skills to do it, but it's difficult to say 100% that he'll be able to adjust. I believe he will, and that's why I have him winning the fight. Pacquiao has been in some big time wars already so that concern isn't there as much with him.

I feel manny would win. I dont think floyds check hook is gonna really work. pac will see it coming especially knowing thats what he throws and the position he's gonna be in to throw it. floyd will catch pac with jabs and straights thats for sure but I dont think floyd is gonna knock pac out. Pac is gonna pressure but careful at the same time, throw flurrys and get out. pac will eventually wear him down or catch floyd with a good one. floyds basically does the same thing over and over. floyd on the other hand will have to see if he can see or know what pac is gonna do.

When the bell rings, both fighters are looking for distance, manny will punch 2-3 combos while floyd counters with 1-2 punches. Floyd will also use his height advantage but wouldnt fight toe-toe, whilst he'll be using his defensive skills (In short fighting backwards.), Manny will put pressure on floyd, but wouldnt be catched yet with manny's flushes.


Second half, roach tells manny to use what've they trained, is to cut in the ring perfectly, relentless pressure, and blazing combos. Floyd will be hit with flushes he'll try to dodge every punches that manny throws but couldnt dodge them all. Manny's superb stamina will stay, while floyd looking for some open spaces to go. Manny will catch floyd with manny's devastating left straight or right hooks.

My prediction is Pac wins by round 6 or 8 KO/TKO

my take..........i think manny showed in the cotto and jmm fight that he doesnt like movement..hell in the cotto fight he str8 up got frustrated...i think he's been matched with a certain style his entire career and in this fight that will be exposed..floyds fought every style there is....if he was frustrated with cotto's movement...floyd might make him pull some hair out of his head...floyd will use angles and distance and cut mannys workrate in half..manny will give floyd trouble in the first 4 rounds imo with his speed and southpaw stance..but i think once floyd times him and gets his rhytmn him left hooks and lead rights will bust manny up..i see floyd winning maybe 8-4 ud or late stoppage

manny wasn't moving as smooth as he was against dlh when he fought cotto. granted dlh was not himself that night you cant deny the manny that you saw that night was very elusive. he operated on the ball of his feet all night and kept his eye on the ball, didn't lose focus because he was ahead on the cards.

if he fights mayweather with the same game he did against dlh i really see this one going to pac in a 12 SD or UD.

don't believe me? watch both cotto and dlh fights carefully and you'll notice night and day at mannys foot work. because mannys footwork in the dlh fight was just amazing. he also need to learn how to roll on his left althought its more natural for a southpaw to be rolling on his right.

i guess diff fights calls for diff strategies i.e dlh, cotto. pac is already at the right physical peak he just needs the right gameplan and i'm more than positive that freddie roach will cover this. pacs camp have an advantage because they already got in the ring with pbf. although it was a loss (dlh/roach) they can still learn alot from it.
