With this fight, of 18 title defenses Calderon has made, 12 have been against titlists. Thats one more titlist than Finito Lopez.

On a side note, Viloria better watch out for Tamara who is as tough as they come.

Man, i hope Calderon comes a it more agressive and move a bit less so he can save energy for teh later rounds.

I agree, but note that before the Cazares rematch, Calderon was averaging 4 months between each fight, the most time he took between a fight was 6 months.

After the Cazares rematch, Calderon didnt fight for 10 months, and was obviously rusty in the Mayol fight, he fought better in the rematch.

But like I said, Viloria has to fight Tamara first. Tamara for starters has never been knocked out, even though he faced 112 pounders champion Narvaez and Rayonta Whitfield, and at 108 he faced puncher Giovanny Segura. I doubt Viloria will knock him out.

Calderon really hasn't been looking that good lately, but I'll be rooting for him.

Yeah. Age is catching up quick on Calderon. But i Know he still has the tools to beat Viloira.
