Lets not overreact over a flash knockdown (that none of us have even seen) with Quintana is ruined comments and all that.

It was probably similar to that flash knockdown that Joel Julio got him with in the 1st round of their fight. Quintana wasn't hurt, got up, and schooled Julio for 12 rounds.
