We don't know if he'll agree to fight in march yet but I have noticed that guys like to hide behind their promoters and fans let them do it. Thats one other reason I don't feel fighters should sign under an exclusive promoter when they get to a certain point in their career because they don't need to be at that point and it also gives them an excuse to not be taken accountable for not making certain fights. A lot of guys on here want to give these fighters all the credit for taking certain fights but then when a fight is not made they say it was purely because my promoter didn't want this fight for me and thats just bull ****.

Pacquiao said he will only fight Mayweather if his master, Arum, instructs him to.

Well... Master Arum flew to the Philippines and told Pacquiao to fight Mayweather in March. Pacquiao said, "ummm,hmmm, no" LMAO

I guess not having a shot corpse coming off a brutal loss as his next opponent is making them a little hesitant to sign the contract.
