Because it is a "judges decision" issue, and not a DQ or something peculiar, really all they can do is order an immediate rematch, which Guzman wont take. So Funeka would most likely fight Rolondo Reyes for the vacant title.
Other than that, theres not much they can do. Unlike other sanctioning bodies, the IBF does not make up "interim" champions to solve all their problems. The IBF only uses Interim Titles when the champion is unable to fight for an extended period of time due to injury.Comment
