    Of course not.

If you wanna fight, fight. If you don't quit.

Like a fireman shouldn't go into a fire if he's going to get killed by it.

Cotto could've quit in his corner if he didn't want to get killed.

You don't sit there and keep playing if you have no intention of winning.

compare the build of natural lightweights to pacquiao.
Pacquiao would have to chop off an arm to make FW!!!!

Here's Manny vs Hector Velazquez in 05 I think at 130

And here he is weighing in vs Ricky

See how much thicker his pecs and arms are, and he isn't even tensing there

Cotto is not the only one that has retreated when faced with nothing left. Look at the history of boxing and look at all the great ones. At one point or another, they've done the same thing that cotto has done but only cotto is called out on it. True boxing fans know it's been done soooo many times but the haters don't.

I like people who never boxed in their lives and act like they're ****in experts. Who gives a **** about those kind of opinions.
Cotto's corner wanted him to quit, he said no and kept going until the ref stopped it. That's what happened. Pacquiao was the better man. Period.

Well maybe it's that every know nothing fan and Commentator would have called him a quitter if he had actually done that.

A boxer quits and everyone calls him a *****. A boxer keeps fighting and boxes and everyone calls him a boring *****. A boxer goes out on his shield and he risks his life and health.

The boxer is ***ed no matter what he does.

It's been done plenty of times true.

But I don't mind people quitting on their stools like others do when you know you can't win.

To go out and retreat seems silly.

Not only dad thinks Pacquiao is a blwon-up FW.

i never thought anything bad about kostya , oscar , etc. when they quit on their stool. or even morales when he didn't get up in pac-morales 3.

they know better than anyone when they had enough.

he would have gotten more brain damage from that ****** running and getting whacked every 30 seconds or so than he would have if he just fought back and gotten koed.

if you're not fighting to WIN , then it's time to quit.

No matter what cotto would've done you would've had issues with it. If he had gone all 12 rds and won a decision, you'd have issues with it. If he had ko's pac in 10th, you would ***** him out for waiting so long. There are very good posters here and posters that only see it one way. Cong**** to pac he won and hope cotto comes back if he still wants to. I'm not knocking pac because he made me a believer but that's me. I'm 44 yrs old and not into this BS games you put out that others eat u
