Oscar hands-down, he made so many excuses after the fight in interviews to the public and so on. He also held a mini-grudge against Pacquiao always choosing his opponent to beat him. Oscar thought it was perfect opportunity to fight Pacquiao and earn alot of money and beat the smaller guy. Hilarious how that bit him on the ass!
