Why not Cotto Blue, Pacquiao Red to have red vs blue? Or is yellow an asian thing?

Yellow is the only color that differentiates the 2 flags.

Yellow is also too bright a color to wear in a Boxing match. It stands out like a sore thumb in a crowd. People in group uniforms usually wear a darker color so as not to distract away from what's happening in the ring.

Plus, segregating Cotto and Pac fans will only start more fights on top of the ones that will inevitably take place. It's a good idea, but I think it will add to the chaos and violence that drunk people at a boxing match already have.
