According to the word coming down in Mexico, hard punching flyweight Hernan "Tyson" Marquez (26-0, 19KOs) could be facing Jean Piero Perez (14-3, 10KOs) in some form of a title eliminator in his next fight. Two of Perez's defeats have been to Rafael Concepcion. Marquez's promoter Fernando Beltran is trying to get him in position for a title shot.
