Then why should Chad get props for beating him? I'm confused. I thought that you guys keep saying that Johnson looked over the hill against Daniel Judah. Now even some people who like Glen Johnson are saying that too. If Johnson is as gone as people say he is, then it's time for Dawson to fight someone under the age of 40 like people say he should. And that means not calling out the Hopkins-Jones winner.

Personally, myself, I don't even know what people are talking about when they say that Johnson looked unimpressive against Daniel Judah. He showed better stamina and threw more punches than Dawson did in both of his fights with Tarver. So if Dawson actually beats Johnson convincingly in this rematch, I don't see any way I don't give him credit.

He gets credit for silencing the critics who thought the other fight was too close or that he lost. When most wouldn't give a smaller named, hard fighter like Johnson another shot. Especially if they were inching closer to stardom.

He's not inching closer to stardom. Johnson was his most lucrative fight, and HBO made him take it. He didn't take it by his own choice. He wanted to go down to 168 like he's talking about doing, but HBO put their foot on his chest. He tried to run, but he didn't have a place to hide.

question. Does the Adamek victory count for anything?

He tried to get more lucrative fights. Yeah, no other boxer on the planet does that.

At the end of the day, he's still going to be fighting him. Whether he had to be talked into the risk or not, it's happening. More then a lot of fighters are willing to do. And he is inching towards stardom. He isn't a huge draw, he doesn't do big numbers but he's a helluva lot closer then Cloud, Johnson or the other guys at 175. (Aside from Hopkins.)

Cloud wants to fight Dawson because he's the biggest fight out there for him. People are OKay with that. But when Dawson wants to fight the biggest fight for him, he's running.

                  Fascinating.

Bernard don't want none of him cause he's the same size so he had to look for other options. Ya dig??
