If Jones is fighting a tough opponent his own size, why can't Hopkins?

That was the right thing to do though, because he's got unfinished business with Johnson. But I'm telling you, it looks like a ***** move to move down in weight and not fight him. If HBO has any control over Dawson's next move, they should make him fight Cloud if he gets past Johnson. Either that or Hopkins should fight Dawson. Don't say I don't want to see that fight, because I do. I want Hopkins to kill the myth of this hype job.

Way better skill level then caballero?????? Are you joking? Cloud has terrible defense and doesn't have that good of punching technique.
Also normally all the guys you listed are facing great competition. They are smaller fighters they are fighting, but they make up for it in skill and it makes it a great fight. The only unappealing fight was JMM-Mayweather was because that was too big of a jump in weight and JMM never proved himself in that weight class either.
Pacquiao, Trinidad, and others have proved themselves at that weight class save for Martinez, but Martinez isn't making as big of a jump as JMM did.
Oh and Kessler and Abraham, though smaller, are a lot better then Cloud is. And proven. If Dawson can make 168 to fight them, he should. They are better challenges then Cloud, who you are massively overrating.
Hopkins is giving $3 per sold ticket to 3 different charities.($1 ea.) While that is a hell of a sentiment and I respect it a lot, it's nowhere near doing it for free considering he still get endorsements and the average ticket cost is probably 50-60 bucks.
Also, look into Jones' (Square Ring) show coming up next week for the US millitary featuring "The American Boy" Jason Litzau. The promotion is being put on for exclusively for soldiers on a base to help raise funds for a good cause as well, so don't even dare try and clown Roy as being greedy, etc....
Roy's show was in place long before Hopkins' lil' tuneup at home with the $3 a ticket charity donation.

In fairness to B-hop, Jones was signed to fight Green way before he signed to face Ornales and there's no point in messing up the golden oppritunity to have a rematch with the best fighter he ever fought and get some dignity back after being beaten soundly by him even with an injured hand.

Just shows you're a hater. The man accomplished more than 99.999% of fighters, despite losing to Roy Jones 16 years ago.

1. Hopkins is a blown up LHW
2. The guy he's fighting is bigger than Joe Calzaghe and has fought at super Middle most of his career.
