It is way too early to pass any final judgements on Zuffa. They are in their infancy. Their first card was only two and a half months ago.

We get free, well-matched cards from them once a month and have no reason for complaint.

yeah thats a good way of looking at it, turki was good for the sport and maybe zuffa can really shake things up given time, if zuffa are a success they could really put the squeeze on the least profitable outfits currently in the sport i suppose

Eddie Hearn, Frank Warren and the other promoters can see the Zuffa/Turki threat like a bright light coming from the other direction of a dark tunnel they are stuck in.

Hearn isn't badmouthing White and Zuffa every opportunity he can just for something to do. He is deeply concerned about what's ahead and doing everything he can to try and destabilize an extremely dangerous, approaching enemy. He even concedes through clenched teeth that they are dangerous.
