Crolla was getting smeared and the fight should have been stopped after the 2nd 3rd or 4th knockdown but the ref knew whos buttering his bread. Byrne wasnt out before he hit the ground but the ground found the back of his head immediately. It shouldnt have even happened but boxing is dirty. Crolla has no punch resistance as far as I can tell.
