Jackson Brown ? He Martinez started to represent the song " running on Empty as the fight wore on in to the night. The song that best represented the fight should have been. ?

Hesitation Blues by Blind Willie McTell...............or Broke Down Engine even better. It was a fight but not a ****er certain not a war, neither got to that point, get the point ?
The fight had potential, but it never got to the next level, nice little match up but always felt it was being used as a stepping stone for both guys.

Martinez looked super average to me. It was a boring fight.

Indeed. Wondering if it was because our expectations were so high after his last fight, or if Aleem was just more resistant than expected. Maybe Mbilii took a piece of his soul..

I wondered that too. I think a rematch might go badly for Martinez. He's seems like a nuanced ban ger to me. But he was hesitant to commence with the ban ging. A guy like Sheeraz would dismantle him though Martinez would have the size diff. Guys like Bek, Munguia, and Berlanga would be good fights for him. All 50-50 to me.

Why the fu k am I not permitted to say Ban g? This totalitarian site sucks.

RoboBek would be a great fight! 50-50, i agree. Although, i have to give him credit for improving his footwork and overall fluidity.
