McGirt was a great fighter in his day who I still have on VHS when he took his first (L) to the very short strong Frankie Warren who put loads of pressure on him, however he rebounded well and became a very solid champion. He's worked with many high-profile fighters, but I have yet to see him really develop a solid champion as a trainer from the start of a career most fighters have come to him after being established already so it will be interesting to see when that happens if it ever does.
