What happened there is an outrage. Rolly was gifted an undeserved 'regular' belt at a weight class he'd never fought at before, which he is now holding hostage because he feels entitled to bigger paydays against bigger name opponents.

What will likely happen in both instances is that another 'interim'/secondary belt will be created as a form of appeasement, with a vague promise for a later shot at the full belt next.
