Joshua should do it for the massive paycheck and easy sparring. Then he should retire before he sustains any more brain damage. He isn't beating anyone any good at this point. There is no upside for him to try and get a belt back.

If he could lure Fury back for that mega fight for another big payday, that would make sense money wise at least. But who else is he going to fight now that is worth him getting KO'd again? Hearn is sleazy but I can't believe that even he wants to see Joshua end up mentally impaired as he gets older after getting KO'd by another few guys just to make a few bucks and totally cash him out.

Or maybe he will. If so that is sickening.
