Samake is not in the TBRB top ten but presumably earned this lofty WBC ranking by defeating the journeyman Wade Ryan a year ago for the vacant 'silver' title. Has anyone seen fit to ask Sulaiman, Mendoza, etc. why they feel it's necessary to remove fighters with secondary belts from their rankings?

FYI RJJ-94-02=GOAT kiaba360 more sanctioning body absurdity in the sport's hottest division. Can anyone seriously argue these parasitic organisations are doing anything good for the sport?

the way they are doing it, no. but we need some body, preferably one though. every fight, including title fights, would just be against random boxers. i don't want champions with 0 wins like we had before sanctioning bodies. i don't want 2 random boxers to fight for the title because someone nominated them like we had in the previous centuries. rankings and mandatories are important and we need some body to do that job. but these current leeches are just slightly better than the worst possible scenario.

was it that difficult to make adams #1 for clearly beating previous #1 bohachuk? even katzourakis deserves it more than samake.

Samake probably paid more in sanctioning fees for his 'silver' bauble than the others paid for their fights. I think that's pretty much how it works for guys who are not marquee names.
