His two losses was legitimate stoppage losses. One fight he got up from bodyshots multiple times and went down swinging and the ref waved it off the other was a doctor stoppage in a fight his eye was completely shut and massively swollen.
He didn't quit or show a lack of heart.
Unlike Allen who doesn't even try half the time or does nothing at all before giving it a little go then happily resides to losing on points.
He has no dog in him, I've never seen a guy so happy to lose.

Worst part is his fans forget then kid themselves all over again.
There is something off with Makmudov it was even on display tonight, more than once he started looking like he didn't want to be in there, he pulled it back but he's definitely breakable.

Goatintheboat yes, Sheffield is a big urban area, but it acts like it isn’t. Go there. Compared to the big cities to its North (Leeds) and its South (Nottingham) by any comparable it falls short. Strangely, people in Sheffield actually take pride in being a small town and having a small town atmosphere. To me, that is nothing to be proud of

I'd like to see Allen vs wilder now, think that would be a entertaining scrap. Both are technically far from the best with wilder possessing power and Allen insane toughness. I actually think Allen could potentially walk wilder down and stop him at this moment in time.

So many people picked Allen because Big Mak last few bouts were dog poop ... Every time Allen pulled something significant I expected the big let down ... Didn't happen probably just because Allen couldn't sustain the attacks like Vianello and Kabayel did ... Makhmudov isn't very good at anything to be honest... And I say that as a once believer ....

As I already said. Joyce, Clarke, Adeleye are the safest level for him

Zhang and Ortiz probably both stop him stilll.

As mentioned earlier, I was ringside for Allen-Thomas on the undercard of Brook-Spence, that was 2017, 8 YEARS AGO, and they were saying the same nonsense then, pushing him for no reason other than he's a court jester and fat goof who messes around. And in that fight, he was getting outboxed with relative ease by Lenroy who's about domestic level at best and at no point did Allen even try and go for it.

I see nothing likeable at all about this guy. He's a crap fighter, but even as a man, his whole shtick seems so forced and put on.
In a recent interview he gave the impression he was fighting to provide luxury goods for his demanding wife. The last fight was for an 'en suite', not sure what his plans for this payout are. Probably get blown on something else unnecessary.

To be fair, I'm not sure he has the athleticism to 'go for it' more. Makhmudov's movement and controlling of the distance just seemed to tire him out.
