Ricky was at that age where a lot of men tend to kill themselves (40s)...life has lost it's shine, people have addictions, go through divorce/break-ups all while the body starts breaking down.
Some people CAN'T hack it and decide to call it quits. Tragic.

he did pretty good to be fair & he also enjoyed his binge social life as well which is a hard balance to make not many can do it, everyone has their breaking point if u dont feel good on the inside u might hit it sometimeLeave a comment:

I agree with you.Hatton talking about how he wants to be remembered really underlines how much heart he brought to the ring, not just his record. The honesty about struggles outside boxing makes the legacy feel even more human. I was reading this while flipping through a free cna practice test with answers pdf, and it’s a good reminder that resilience shows up in many careers.
I think the manager (Paul Speak) is in denial. Those who don't suffer with severe mental health issues don't understand just how much masking people who suffer with it do.
I find the "he had it all to live for" platitude enormously frustrating. Did he not have everything to live for a decade ago?
There will be an inquest anyway so the coroner might be able to conclude intention, but not always.Last edited by MonicaFisher; 11-26-2025, 01:54 PM.👍 1Leave a comment:

Feel awful for Ricky's family and his fans. I'm still curious and waiting to find out what exactly happened. The fact he said all of this so close to his day of death makes it look like suicide indeed.Leave a comment:
