If this kid is really the goods - step up to fight a top 25 ranked guy. Can’t just cry about getting an opponent. Maybe have your promoter loosen the purse strings to bring in a good test from overseas.
There is also a ranking system for a reason. Williams is the 862nd ranked fighter in his weight class. His opponent is ranked 782nd. So a battle between the 862 vs 782 ranked fighter isn’t because people are ducking anyone.
