The WBA now recognise three 'champions' at light-heavyweight

Albert Ramirez vs Jerome Pampellone got randomly upgraded to an 'interim' title fight. They already recognise Bivol and Benavidez as 'super' and 'regular' titleholders at the weight class respectively.

They also sanctioned Mirco Cuello (WBA #1) vs Sergio Rios (WBA #15) for the 'interim' featherweight championship despite Ball's activity and fighting Sam Goodman next weekend.
