Nice return fight for Buatsi and should get him back in the W column. Intend to keep my DAZN subscription with everything coming up.

Buatsi went from prispect to journyman. From Olympic gold to palookaville and little in between. The poor house is at the end of easy street.

You don't know what journeyman means do you?

Somebody who never does anything outstanding. What do you think it means?

As I suggested. Decent fight. Decent card.

Buatsi's biggest asset.....his ability to take punishment.

Buatsi should win this handily, but he needs to do more than just win in my opinion. He really needs to make a statement and take Parker out in style. Everyone has always questioned whether Buatsi has got another gear because he's always fought within himself, just doing enough to win. But against Callum Smith, it wasn't enough and he didn't seem to have any more to give - he fought hard, tried harder, and showed incredible, ridiculous toughness, but Smith had another gear, and he didn't. He may have just reached his level or he may learn from it and realise that if he wants to mix with the elite he needs to do more. I do wonder if he needs a different trainer too because I'm not sure if Virgil Hunter's cerebral approach really gets the best out of him. They seem to have clashed a few times in the corner recently too. I like Buatsi - he's clearly a lovely, respectful guy and an excellent professional and admire his toughness. He might have one of the best chins in boxing - the shots he took from Callum Smith would have knocked out some heavyweights, but he's been treading water too long. In his best fight, he came up short so he needs to change things up and do something differently. Can he though? That's the question. Either way, I still want to see him vs Yarde at some point. It's crazy we haven't had that fight in the last 18 months.

It means a boxer, often with a losing record who doesn't come to win, and is used for up and coming fighters to build/pad their resume.
