Before the haters start commenting, i will just say this: Manny is a inspiration to so many people, he is loved and revered and he will go down as one of the best. SO, no matter what happens, no matter if you think his comeback is ridiculous or unworthy of the boxing world's attention, if he has a chance or not to beat Barrios, it doesn't matter. The Pacman can do what he wants, when he wants it, for himself mostly, but also for his millions of fans. He's earned that right.

Pacquiao will do well. His body is rested from not training over the years. His attributes are natural. He may not be a world beater anymore but he has enough to stop some fighters. Barrios may be one of those fighters. We will see.

He's earned that right but what he hasn't earned is his ranking and being put to the head of the line against many contenders who worked their asses off their entire careers to get ranked, only to be pushed behind a guy who has not fought in ages. He does not deserve a title fight and clearly did not earn it.

I wouldn't mind to be honest and if that's what Pacquiao is aiming at, good for him. Both men are well past their best days so it's not like anyone of them would carry a huge advantage over the other. The two best fighters of their era going at it would be fun to watch. It'll do enough business to make both guys happy and fans would get a nostalgic trip. And it won't be two over the hill guys either. Floyd stays active and has lived a healthy lifestyle and Pacquiao has two. Both have been active and fighting exhibitions over the years so I really don't see any harm in the fight happening. It would probably be more fun than the first one. I said what I said.

Imagine if that happened, looks like Floyd might need the money too.

True. And his ego would probably lure him back. I'm not sure how content he is, but Floyd is always for more and to remind people he's TBE. Will Pacquiao coming back to win a world title at 46 irk him enough to want to face him? I know some will be pissed that the prospect of a fight could involve a world title. But, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the type of carrot that Pac-Man dangles over Floyd. Just don't charge me $100 for the PPV!

It's a good point, and i don't disagree. but.. in a world where Fake Paul is about to get a title shot after beating a mexican illegal, i guess Manny can bypass the process.
