There goes Wilder, back to fighting tomato cans again. His head and ego is now the size of Texas. He will fight a few more of these tomato cans, win a few fights then lose when he fights someone in the top ten.

Imagine having nothing better to do on a Friday night and stay home to watch that garbage of event lmao...and that was a ppv? Who actually paid for that? Unbelievable

D'ontay is good as done at world level, no speed and too predictable now ...still a one trick pony.
Joshua or any other top heavie would smash that boys head into definite retirement.

Wilder got in some good work with a game opponent. He.started off establishing his jab and he was working out the kinks as he remained composed. He eventually started breaking Herndon down and landed a huge right hand that violently snapped Herndon's head back.

It would have been nice to see an actual knockout, but at that point in the fight, Herndon had taken a lot of heavy shots and was getting outclassed. The ref's stoppage saved Herndon from further punishment, and Wilder needs a little bit more work to get back into top form. Too soon for the top heavyweights. Nice to see him throwing the jab and right hand again. Hopefully he returns in the fall...

As long as he fights on that level, Wilder will ve fine.

When he faces anybody half decent, it will be a good old Wilder from Fury, Zhang and Parker fights.

If Wilder stuck to fighting this level of opposition he would have been the greatest of all time.

Herndon only threw 7 punches in total.

I think wilder should continue to fight bums, to get his ko record to 72 kos. That sounds impressive if nothing else, he can say he's hardest puncher ever as his ko% is highest.
                  He needs 30 more fights.

I still think David Benavidez vs Wilder at cruiser weight or 201 pounds heavyweight would be a good move on both of their sides! Green print
