  • Comments Thread For: The Huni Trap: No heavyweight is safe with Fabio Wardley

Although well behind on the scorecards, all Fabio Wardley needed was one right hand to turn defeat into victory and remind us all of why we love the sport, writes Elliot Worsell.

Huni's biggest mistake was signing with money addict Hearn.

Before the fight, many thought Huni's chin would betray him. I thought he was taking Wardley's punches well until that final big right hand put him down and out. Ironically, that KO punch landed square on Huni's face, not his chin.
Too bad for Huni that his punching power doesn't quite match his boxing ability, because he fought a great fight overall.

No hw is safe from Huni. If they don't throw something big, they will likely lose.

No fan is safe from the hype the British Wardley's will get. He is a limited boxer. Lucky for him he faced a weak punching chinny man.

Wardley is semi durable guy and he can punch

Hmm.. no. Many heavyweights are pretty safe with Wardley.

Great article until the mention of a quick count, i myself thought it was a bit sus (about 9)with the broadcast not showing the count. So i went on youtube "huni count" & there it is showing a timer under the ko. Huni got up on the count of 10 clearly still not with it.

              Do better this isn't bn24.

Fabio Wardley sucks and he will get obliterated as soon as he moves up in the chain.
Put him in with Kabayel and you will see.

And I did pick him over Huni but if they fight again I will pick Huni.

No one is safe from him...the wilder marketing strategy. Better not match him with anyone good because that amazing power goes bye-bye but his lack of skills remain

This hype will be over soon, Kownacki and Joyce vibe over and over again. the question is who will be his Helenius/Zhang.
