I agree. His record is padded, and his ranking is inflated. He needs to step up before deserving a shot at Inoue.

I agree he isn't deserving of his current ranking considering he has been fighting journeyman and faded veterans.

But to be fair, he has been aiming for Luis Nery the last two years. As Nery had changed his mind seeing there is better and bigger opportunities out there.

Reason why he is taking on Nery's former opponents recently, Picasso should for now move on until the opportunity present itself, fight Cardenas who beat his stablemate Bryan Acosta Or fight Marlon Tapales, a strong veteran who was recently former unified champion. If he were to beat Tapales, it is a great experince to be prepared against Nery, who is a heavy handed southpaw.
