pacman is just a lightweight dominating the welterweight division in his prime that's why he's the one and only 8 division champion but now he's very very old and if he beat barrios then there's no doubt that he's the boxing god and the true GOAT of boxing.

Struggle? He’s gonna be soundly beaten. Father Time has taken Mannys reflexes away. Given his fighting style, that’s a bad thing. His last fight was 4 years ago, vs a decent but not special fighter (Ugas) and he lost badly. Decent but not special is a perfect description of Barrios. Mannys time has come and went.
