Sure, why not. Just don't need to rush him. Still very young. I don't see much flashy effects with him, but while he continues to win, no need to rush him yet into a big matchup where he gets destroyed and ruined.

I respect your opinion, but he’s got 20 pro fights already. When will he be ready to step it up? Look at Zurdo and Munguia, blown records and didn’t get into good fights until recently and look how it went.

Agreed. You know things are broken when a guy that rates highly with all 4 orgs hasn't been in with a real threat and has 20 fights. Boots is another one of these cats imo and it makes it really hard to measure where they really fit. Fight someone real and show us please.

I think it's time for this brother to step up and stop fighting tomato cans. Xander will only be as good as the opponents that he fights. Time to take off the diapers off of Xander.

I say he should fight someone like Lubin or Mendoza. Those are way better opponents than anyone he’s faced so far. I always remember when an unknown Brooke fought the champion Porter and beat him, so yeah anyone can raise to the occasion when the talent is there. However, if he keeps fighting these beatable guys we’ll never know his true potential.

He agreed to face Ortiz but team Ortiz went ghost after that. So the desire to step up is there, the opportunity needs to be presented.
