  • Comments Thread For: A Complete Unknown: Naoya Inoue makes even mismatches compelling

To watch Naoya Inoue in a mismatch is to watch Aretha do a vocal warm-up, or Hendrix tune his guitar, or Dylan scribble what he can recall of last night?s dream on a restaurant napkin, writes Elliot Worsell

Yea sure but i was going to watch it anyways even if just for the possible upset chances and the fact that there have not been too many fights on for the past month or so..................

OK - not the best of matches but geez, Inoue is as hard a puncher as there is out there. Those left body shots and the thud sound they made as they landed had me flinching and checking my left side for any damage. Naoya doesn't waste any time dancing around or cautiously approaching his opponent. He's a heat seeking missile on a path to pure destruction.

Oh please. Let’s see if this writer keeps the same energy for the Canelo vs William Scull mismatch and tells us how compelling that will be.

So if Canelo stops Scull in his mismatch it will be compelling, then? Ok. Got it.

I would put it another way. I like watching Naoya Inoue. I just enjoy watching him fight. Everything he does is electric, exciting. It almost does not matter who is in the opposite corner.

you just a hater because Inoue is not black. hated pacman, hated on Inoue. and you are a boxing fan? .. I can understand some members on here hating on Pac because of the Floyd rivalry and between both fan base but why hate on Inoue?
