he failed upward or at least sideways? boxing is the kind of "meritocracy" that elon musk likes, failures and yes men propping up the big money boys and making sure they stay at the top

The top 3 boxing referee ever. I’d say numero uno but some might disagree.

ever seen him do a ward fight? the best refs are the ones you dont know, the worst ones are the ones that stand out for being so terrible, like him. he blatantly protected certain fighters. that cant be ignored. maybe he was good most of the time but if you drive great most of hte time then run over a kid, you cant really claim to be a great driver

Tf are you on??? This clown ain’t even top 100 referees, not even on the bottom 5 . This mf always wanted to make the show about himself. For the Andre Ward vs Rodriguez he paused to fight fight and told the officials he wanted to sue both fighters for fighting dirty , instead of just taking points away or disqualifying either or smh when Vergil Ortiz fought Vargas he literally stepped in between Vergil and told him he couldn’t perform a certain punch and he got all in front of the camera to say how to throw the punch. A fcking referee telling a fighter how to do his job. Jack Reiss is a whole dum clown.

That’s a good metaphor you used. I’ll admit I haven’t watched all his fights but the ones I’ve watched, he was fair.
