From what I've read, it seems he was dirty and didnt bother cutting because he knew he was not going to be allowed to fight.

Not sure about this part, but someone pointed out that Floyd is no stranger to nda's and there may be one at play here. How true that is who knows, but to be suspended indefinitely by a commission and no news of what substance, something seems fishy idk

Yes, he is claiming the comission lost his sample. But something is up, otherwise he would have tried and cut. He and his team knew the fight wasn't going down, so they just didnt bother with it. I've heard rumors of ndas in boxing before and if that's the case, some may not be allowed to say he popped. They are still allowed to suspend though, which they did. Not likely you would get an indefinite ban for just missing weight.
