On the other hand, Ramirez says he’s paid close attention to his conditioning for the rematch. That component was a big factor in his loss the first time around. Robeisy was clinging on at the final bell. If his stamina is up to snuff, the Cuban stands a good chance at avenging that loss.
We shall see soon enough. I think Espinoza will be better than the first time, then it will be off to 130 next for him.

Man this is a is great fight again, think Espinoza has too much volume, range and hunger about him to get beat anytime soon. Great to watch and if Navarrette is in decent em shape and has trained for this j don’t see Valdez getting any closer than he did last time

Kind of a broad statement. Seems to me you’re rather opinionated, even for this site. As I said, one of the judges scored it a draw, another scored it 114-112, and the TV judge had it 114-112. Even without taking a poll, it’s apparent I’m far from alone in how I viewed the fight.

Boxing history is, sadly, riddled with those. Divino was far more active, but Robeisy scored the heavier shots more often. One judge had this fight a draw, which was not unreasonable. The other two scores were 114-112 (which I could live with) and 115-111 (which I thought too wide). The guy scoring for TV had it very tight going into the final round. I’m guessing his score was eventually 114-112, after the knockdown in the 12th. I’d say Ramirez won at least four frames, including the KD round. There were probably two swing rounds, so the judge who had it a draw probably gave those to Robeisy. In any event, I agree that the right man won.
