Well we really don't know now do we being that Toney was at his worst at heavy but managed to still beat a former undisputed champ and a legit beltholder, but the only fighters listed who could hang with him skillwise is Frazier Foreman and maybe Lewis. The rest of those guys Toney could beat or pull an upset. Especially Tua and the eurobum's eurobum Joshua
