3 years ago he said the opposite. Apparently since then Benavidez has gotten worse and Canelo better lol.

Meant to be taking my son to the gym for the first time next week, wifey just read this article over my shoulder & said "there's no way he's boxing, ever".

            Thanks Austin.

Canelo will not beat Dmitry Bivol if they fight again? That is some really deep insight. The reason Canelo has not activated his rematch rights is because even he (the best boxer in the world) knows what happens in the rematch. Everybody else knows it too.

The funny part was "canelo has look better since his fight with bivol" of course he has, look at the opponents

So he's the "best boxer in world" but he's running away from any fighter resembling a threat. Again, how did he became the best? By losing to a past his prime ggg twice, no, maybe by getting past the tough ryder, berlanga or munguia. Am I missing something? By the way he let the rematch clause expired.

Canelo was never the best boxer in the world. He may have been the most popular but never the best. He may be the best at minimizing risk though.
