Going by what I read, DD and his siblings were brought up by their father, who was a single parent. I saw an interview with the father where he said he likes Don Charles and gets on well with him. There has been a statement from Don Charles. He says he has a heavy cold and is staying away from Daniel and the other fighters on the bill because he doesn't want to pass it on. He also said he would be in DD's corner for the fight.
