Comments Thread For: Efe Apochi talks of destroying Cheavon Clarke; Clarke says his actions speak louder

It's rare that much is said, never mind anything of note, at the final press conference held before a fight night. On this day, however, Efe Apochi was verbose, both complimenting his opponent while promising a violent ending for him.

Good fight, I’m sure it will be the fight of the night

And I thought Efe was with PBC, I guess not

Think they let him go after his SD loss to Taylor in 2022 & then he had a major shoulder surgery.

He came back on Probox back in February

Yeah that’s what I thought but have him tell it he never had a promoter

So maybe he was just on some of the cards instead of under contract

But either way shoulder surgery is no joke for a boxer, especially when your defense is your offense

Looking forward to seeing how much he has left
