Benavidez is a two-time champ with no loses. If he wouldn’t have ate his way out of the title the second time he had it, Canelo would’ve had to come through him to be undisputed at the weight. He could’ve had his title shot a long time ago…A.B Counterhooks likes this.

Don’t leave out facts to fit your narrative clown
For 4 years he's ducked his #1 mandatory challenger David Benavidez, no he's not scared of fighting Benavideez he's positively terrified of fighting him.
He can fight who he wants to fight, and when he wants to fight him, who has ever said that before in boxing? No one that's who, that type of mindset is disgraceful!
Is he going to pay himself too? He's not the king of boxing, he sounds more like the queen of boxing by not taking on the toughest challenger who has been calling him out for those 4 years.

Neither violation of the rules was a life sentence, it is way past due that these two meet in the ring, forget about fighting Berlanga, Eubank Jr, or anyone else Benavidez should be your next opponent!

Boxers are human, they have the same emotions as anyone else just at a different level. The ONLY explanation for ducking David is fear. Cope.
