No its not, Boots wasn't wild trying to bomb him, he was getting caught where he shouldn't get caught and that's a huge difference.

Ennis either patches up these defensive holes or he'll eventually pay against bigger punchers. Hopefully, prospective opponents see these holes and actually gain some courage. Whether or not he improves, I'll be watching because he does provide entertainment. He reminds me of Spence, and I hope Ennis doesn't fall victim to the pitfalls of fame and fortune.

Show a fight where he shows even good defence, he gets hit every fight its only they low rent guys is why you can get away with it, Bum rushing is Hatton vs Floyd that wasn't bum rushing he was trying to technically land his big shots.

I feel the same, I think he should have had a precise clean KO, the guy came of short notice lost 20+ pounds from his fight before hand, I just think he should have got rid of him cleaner, we are also looking hard because we taking Crawford here and I just don't see Boots being able to handle what TC brings.

It's the hallmark of an offensive fighter who isn't respecting his opponent. Those who look for the kill....are easier to kill. That's why I would love to see Ennis vs. Stanionis and Ortiz.

Boots was just trying to get him out of there. He had no respect for his opponent. With a more dangerous opponent he would not fight that way.

Was actually worse than that because there were counter shots that should not have landed, even when in defence mode shots were getting through that shouldn't especially in between shots which is all about timing, there are times when boots is in a flurry where the openings are there, he hasn't fought a top guy those openings will be capitalized on, I really like Ennis but you can see the flaws appearing as the class of opponent is creeping up.
